Minister of Evangelism and Students
Eric Marston |
The ministry of students and evangelism is led by Eric Marston who is in his 5th year of ministry at Oak Grove. Eric is married to Maria, who is also employed as the financial secretary at Oak Grove. Eric and Maria are the proud parents of a baby girl named Sadie. Eric has had the opportunity to serve in various student and evangelistic ministries since he began a personal relationship with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Aug. 16th, 1996. From that time forward, Eric's passion has been to work with students and to preach the gospel message to all people. Eric holds a Master of Arts in Religion, Master of Religious Education, and a Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. |

Minister of Music
Will Whittaker |
Originally from Enterprise, AL, Will has been in music ministry since 1996 serving churches in both Alabama and now Georgia. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Music Education from Auburn University with emphasis in choral conducting and arranging. He enjoys teaching private voice and piano lessons and singing with the Sons of Jubal - the Men’s Chorus of Georgia Baptist Ministers of Music. Will’s wife, Deanna, teaches 2nd grade at Carrollton Elementary. They have have twin son, Jon Thomas and Tyler, and a new addition Andrew. His goals included inspiring and training future musicians, choir leaders, and even those interested in vocational music ministry. Will has a passion for leading people of all ages in authentic, vertical worship. He desires to use every avenue available to him in order to engage others in worship and share the gospel message. |
